Fadi Bassil | Founder, Tuscan Destination Expert and Licensed Tour Guide in Florence.
Coming from an international background, he has been living in Florence since 1994 where he studied Architecture and Design at the University of Florence. A licensed tour guide since 2007, he is also head of visual communication and graphic design department at Accademia Italiana. He has always lived and worked in the center of the city. His tours are based on full interaction with his group and is dedicated to give them the best touring experience.

Bernardo Randelli | Associated partner, Art Expert and Licensed Tour Guide in Florence and Tuscany.
A native of Florence, Bernardo has been touring visitors since the late 90th, when he came back from Malta after training the national female Volley Ball team and taking his degree in Art History and Renaissance Studies. His tours and presentations of Michelangelo’s David and Botticelli’s Venus are a must see and hear while in Florence. Bernardo lectures at various international universities in Florence and enjoys spending time off in the United States.

Payments
Tours, consulting and services are considered confirmed and final upon agreement by e-mail and/or fax and/or in person and upon payment if required under the following forms:
- Credit Card / Cash on site (Credit Card as guarantee if requested).
- Authorization to charge Credit Card (by telephone, fax or e-mail).
- Payment with PayPal (invitation by e-mail).
- Money Transfer (details by e-mail).
Cancellation policies
Canceled tours or services will be subject to a fee based on cancellation period and is as follow:
- 30+ days before tour: 10% of tour fee.
- 30 to 15 days before tour: 25% of tour fee.
- 15 to 2 day before tour: 50% of tour fee.
- 48 hours or less before tour: 100% of tour fee.
Unforeseen circumstances
Before Tour
In the event of natural disasters and extreme weather, conflicts, wars, terrorism, transportation or museum strikes and any kind of similar events, Touring Florence will not apply any cancellation fee or will reschedule tours or services if requested by client.
During Tour
In situations created during a tour such as extreme weather, transportation impediment, strikes … Touring Florence guides will suggest an alternative or similar itinerary. In case of total impediment, Touring Florence will consider a partial or total refund.
Late change policy
A late change fee will be charged for any changes made to a custom itinerary, tour or transfer at the request of the client, less than 7 working days prior to departure.
Legal
In case of dispute, a written letter or an e-mail must be delivered within 7 days of tour or service disputed. In case of impossibility of conciliation, Italian civil laws and regional tourism laws will be applied within the legal jurisdiction of the Forum of Florence.
