Led by expert local guides and sommeliers, each session covers the most celebrated wines of the region — from Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino to Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Vin Santo. More than just drinking wine, it is about understanding the landscape, the grape varieties, and the centuries of tradition behind every bottle.
What Wines to Discover
Tuscany produces some of Italy’s finest wines. Sangiovese-based reds like Chianti and Brunello dominate the region, while white wines from San Gimignano offer a completely different character…

- Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (Tuscany) — elegant and complex Sangiovese from the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, often called the “noble wine”.
- Morellino di Scansano (Tuscany) — a softer, more approachable Sangiovese from the Maremma coastland, fruity with a Mediterranean character.
- Barolo (Piedmont) — the “King of Italian wines”, bold and tannic Nebbiolo from the Langhe hills, one of the most prestigious bottles in the world.

- Greco di Tufo (Campania) — full-bodied and mineral, from the volcanic soils of Irpinia near Naples.
Dessert Wines
- Vin Santo del Chianti (Tuscany) — the most beloved Tuscan dessert wine, made from dried Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes aged in small barrels called caratelli, traditionally served with almond cantucci biscuits.
- Moscadello di Montalcino (Tuscany) — a rare and delicate sweet Moscato from the same hills as Brunello, light and floral with hints of peach and apricot.
