Coming from an international background, Fadi has been living and working in the heart of Florence since 1994, where he studied Architecture and Design at the University of Florence. A licensed tour guide since 2007, he has spent 17 years teaching and consulting in graphic design and visual communication — a background that brings a distinctive eye for art, composition and storytelling to every tour.

A native of Florence, Bernardo has been touring visitors since the late 90s, when he came back from Malta after training the national female Volleyball team and taking his degree in Art History and Renaissance Studies. His tours and presentations of Michelangelo’s David and Botticelli’s Venus are a must see and hear while in Florence. Bernardo lectures at various international universities in Florence and enjoys spending time off in the United States.
A passionate follower of American sports, Bernardo is an devoted fan of US pro teams — a conversation starter that has broken the ice with more than a few American visitors before they’ve even left the meeting point.

Terms of Service & Booking Policies
1. Reservation & Payment Confirmation
All tours, consulting, and professional services are considered confirmed and final once an agreement is reached via email, fax, or in person. To secure your booking, payment or a guarantee may be required through the following methods:
- Digital & Wire Transfers: PayPal (via email invitation) or Direct Bank Transfer (details provided upon request).
- On-Site Payments: Cash or Credit Card (a Credit Card guarantee may be requested at the time of booking).
- Remote Authorization: Credit Card authorization provided via secure digital link, telephone, or encrypted email.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, because our guides and resources are reserved specifically for you, cancellations are subject to the following fee schedule based on the notice provided:

| 30 to 15 days before service | 25% of total fee |
| 15 to 2 days before service | 50% of total fee |
| 48 hours or less (or No Show) | 100% of total fee |
3. Unforeseen Circumstances
- Prior to Departure: In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or civil unrest, Touring Florence will waive all cancellation fees. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
- During the Tour: Should an impediment occur mid-tour (e.g., sudden transportation strikes or extreme weather), our guides will provide an alternative itinerary. If the service cannot be completed, a partial or total refund will be issued at our discretion.
4. Late Changes & Amendments
Precision is key to a perfect experience. Any requested changes to a custom itinerary, tour, or transfer made less than 7 working days prior to the service date will or could incur a Late Change Fee.
5. Legal Jurisdiction & Disputes
We strive for excellence, but should a disagreement arise:
- Notification: A formal dispute must be submitted via email or written letter within 7 days of the service date.
- Resolution: If conciliation is not possible, all matters will be governed by Italian Civil Law and regional tourism regulations, under the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the Forum of Florence.
